– Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Soothes nerves, reduces fear & tension

– Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Calming, mood balancing, gentle sedative

– Catnip (Nepeta cataria)
Natural feline relaxant (calming, not stimulating in glycerite form)

– Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
Deep nervous system calming, reduces anxiety
