 How to Use (Very Important)
–  Roller Application
Apply 1–2 gentle passes:
– Around joints (hips, knees, elbows)
– Along the spine
– On affected muscles

Massage gently for 30–60 seconds.

Frequency:
1–2 times daily
Best after rest or light warmth
